An older industrial building
was run for 10 years as a live-work studio block. While a
number of development initiatives were undertaken by the owner
and others, for most prospective developers, railroad set-back
requirements severely limited the feasibility of redevelopment.
BRESI gave the site serious examination while
inspecting the property on behalf of a user client. It then
found an architect who came up with a solution for better
site utilization. Result? - a development now underway with
a design that pleases the planners and the developer.
